One of my favorites and definitely suitable for this period we are in, a period with high energies, the connection to high wisdom and ancient wisdom ♀️

Crystal tip for changing the frequency and ritual
Crystal morning.
💎 Before getting out of bed take a minute, take 4 (balance) deep breaths, put new energy, energy of a new day, energy of light into each and every cell in our body.
💎drink a glass of water at room temperature, highly recommended with a quartz or shungite generator.
💎 A cup of chamomile tea (I've been doing this for years...) Recently I also add a teaspoon of cocoa, highly recommended.
💎 Pass a selenite stick around your aura, just as if you were brushing it and release energy that no longer serves you, inhibiting energy...
💎 Light white sage, blue sage, magwort, dragon's blood or rosemary in order to purify your space (remember purification is counter-clockwise) then around yourself.
Note that energy likes to get stuck in places that are less accessible...like behind you and in corners.
💎After you have purified and released stuck energy, energy that is not in your favor, in fact you have made room for new energy, light copal, palo santo or any incense you connect with and work in the space and on yourself clockwise, always remember to put an intention in every action.
💎Light a candle with intention
💎 Intuitively choose (with the non-dominant hand, this is your intuitive hand) a crystal to work with, ask which crystal is right for you for today.
💎Take the same crystal, hold it in the palm of your left hand (to get energy...)
💎 Take 3 deep breaths and imagine the energy of the crystal as a white energetic light that rises from the palm of your hand and spreads gently and illuminates every cell in your body.
💎 Give thanks for five things in your life and three more things that you want this day to bring with it (said as if these things are already in your life, in the present)
